The holy month of Ramadan provides the opportunity to fulfill duty to Allah, cleanse bodies and souls, and practice self-restraint. It is an excellent time to consider moving towards a healthier weight.

Utilize periods of fasting and non-fasting in a healthy & productive way and have safe and lasting weight loss strategies Prevent against binge eating at Suhoor & Iftar Develop nutritional strategies and meal plans Know what foods to avoid during Suhoor & Iftar.
