Be Balanced with Yoga


MUKTI provides you with on-site group and private yoga sessions that specifically serve for student(s) to have a balanced life. We also assist the student(s) to understand ways to practice process of healing and managing any chronic disease and/or pain. Our Yoga sessions allow the teacher to see the student through all the layers of the body. We incorporate meditation, Pranayama (breathing), Yoga Nidra, guided meditation and Asanas (postures). The duration of each session varies between 60 and 180 min.
